EIDD – Design For All Europe will play a pivotal role in the largest design festival in the Baltics, set in the dynamic Krulli Quarter. This week-long celebration, drawing over 10,000 visitors from Estonia and beyond, highlights both Estonian and international design achievements and sparks crucial discussions about the role of design in today’s society.
A key feature of the festival is the international design conference, where influential speakers such as Patricia Moore (USA), Rama Gheerawo (UK), Jakob Rosin (Estonia), and accessibility specialists from across Europe will share their insights. This forum is jointly organized by EIDD – Design For All Europe and the Estonian Chamber of Disabled People.
The spotlight is on EIDD, particularly the participation of the entire board led by President Rama Gheerawoo, showcasing their commitment to advancing inclusive design principles globally.
In addition to the festival activities, on October 3rd, an Extraordinary General Assembly of EIDD members will be held. This critical gathering will unveil significant updates about the association’s future direction, aiming to make a global impact.
